The rotating part connects device’s rotating structure and rotates along with it,called "rotor”.

the stationary part connects device’s fixed structure energy, called "stator". 

Sealed waterproof collector installed in the sprinkler central axis of the top, with 11 rings, to ensure power connection between the mobile rack and fixed control box
